You can exchange or return the goods using the transport company "New Mail". When registering the sending of goods for return, check the details with the manager.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Returned goods are accepted with all tags, labels that were at the time of sale, while maintaining the integrity of the packaging, as well as in the presence of a document confirming the purchase in our store.

Please make sure that the product has not been used and has no traces of use.

Refunds are made within 3 business days after the product is returned to us.

We do not accept returns for the following:

1. Cutting lines, glue.
2. After the expiration of 14 days from the date of purchase.
