Neoprene product warranty

Marlin brand - provides 12 months (1 year) guarantee for gluing the seams of all neoprene products (wetsuits, T-shirts, shorts, vests, socks, gloves).

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE OILY-BASED SUBSTANCES AND ESSENTIAL OILS FOR THE MARLIN BRAND NEOPRENE WEAR.

The product is accepted for repair under warranty:

Dry, clean.
Free of foreign odors.
No residues of various types of liquids.
In the presence of a warranty booklet with the serial number of the product, the date of sale, the seller (the store where the product was purchased).
Before sending to make notes on the product with chalk or soap of problem areas, send a photo to sales@marlinsub.com with the subject Marlin Warranty for additional control over the fulfillment of warranty obligations.

When shipped, the product must be neatly folded and well packed to avoid creases and damage to the product during transportation.

It is necessary to keep the invoice or receipt, indicating the complete list of purchased goods before the expiration of the maximum warranty period. All warranty obligations are valid for goods used exclusively for their intended purpose.


THE WARRANTY DOES NOT STAY OR EXTEND TO:

Damage to products caused by non-compliance with the operating conditions, neglect, misuse, improper care, or transport damage.
On goods that have undergone unauthorized disassembly or maintenance by unqualified persons.
For shortcomings caused by reasons beyond the control of the selling organization - natural disasters, natural phenomena, fires, the ingress of foreign objects into the product that are not provided for by the operation of lubricants or other similar reasons.
On products for dressing which were used any substances that contain a fatty base and essential oils.
For internal and external scratches, dirt, dents, cracks, abrasions, swelling or other mechanical damage that arose during transportation or operation by the buyers themselves or due to the participation of third parties.
